I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. The knowledgeable staff is very helpful and take as much time as you want to make an informed decision. The products they carry are very high end and not the items you buy and need to re-purchase 6 months down the line. I just made my first purchase there and I will be back often.
Urban Hardware is a terrific store with massive amounts of patio furniture and grills and accessories. One of the best hardware stores in the southeastern US.
Best Hardware store in the southeast. Very high quality stuff in this place. Worth every penny. Everyone is super helpful
Went to get a big green egg and i was helped right away, mr lee was extremely helpful in getting me all the gear I needed, highly recommended.
Looked up location for hours and see reviews! Little disturbed at bad ones!! If you have been around anytime yes these places and the competitor are more expensive!!! It's convience people!!!! Mask people, well enough said!! Hours people! How do you like it when your boss brings you something at 10min till leaving??? Respect these people for wanting to go home and have dinner with their family or go do errands like your doing!! This is a a solute great place and yes some high end items along with affordable items. They sell local items which is great to help the locals as well. I more than know my way around hardware but have asked for assistance a few times and they have been more than awesome at it. Merry Christmas Urban
So much fun shopping here! Everyone is so nice and helpful and there's just so much to look at and buy
Best service in the world. Everyone I’ve been here, the team goes above and beyond to help me figure out a solution. They are so creative and helpful. Shoutout to John and Cory (hopefully I got the name right). 🙏🏻
Very nice selection
Really thankful for their amazing customer service! Today our car key fob’s battery died and we were looking for a replacement battery. Well, prying open that key fob was no easy task. Pete helped us out, looked up a YouTube video to replace the tricky battery, and even walked to our car to make sure it started. Saved us a trip to the dealership. You definitely don’t see that kind of customer care at the big box retailers. We’ve stopped by this location occasionally over the years but now we will stop there whenever we can. They have a great selection of gifts and home decor in addition to hardware/home and garden needs. Thank you Urban Hardware!
Bought a gas grill here. Customer service was amazing. Great communication. Very helpful! Love this store!
